    Our services are available as a pre-paid package.
    First, sign up and provide your payment card details (debit or credit card).

    The first pre-paid charge is EUR 30.
    The actual charging of your vehicle at a charging station is as an individual purchase.
    We will charge your account against the pre-paid balance.

    When the balance of your prepaid balance falls under EUR 10, we will automatically top up your account by EUR 30 and send a receipt via e-mail.

CHARGING STATIONS ON THE WEB

By Virtapiste- mobile app you can see the real-time status of the charging network. You can also start and stop charging and reserve a charging point exclusively for you in advance. In addition you can use the app as a map service and navigate to the charging point with a press of a button. Along with Virtapiste charging points the app displays also the points of other charging service providers. Virtapiste app is available for iOS, Android and Windows platforms.

A driver of an electric vehicle registers as a customer on Virta's website.
The customer’s telephone number can be immediately used as an identifier.
Keyring and charge cards are sent on separate order. Both include an RFID tag.

The mobile app helps locate the nearest charging station available to the public.

Customers use the keyring, charge card, mobile app or SMS for identification at the charging station.
Once the identification process is complete, you may start charging your car.
Customers are sent a receipt of the payments by email.
A 24-hour service number is available to assist with any issues concerning the charging of your vehicle.

Our services are available as a pre-paid package. To use our charging stations you must first transfer money to your member account

The actual charging of your vehicle at a charging station is individually debited from your account. We will charge your account against the pre-paid balance. You can top up your account with a credit card.

3. CHARGING YOUR VEHICLE AT A CHARGING STATION

To charge you e-car at one of our charging stations, the system will first check your membership. This can be done in three different ways:

by SMS
By activating the charging by sending the charging station ID as a text message to 16100.
The charging station ID is a 4-digit code on each charging point. The text message must be sent from the same number you have registered when setting up your member account

By mobile app
You can activate the charging station by selecting the charging station from your mobile app. For this, you need to download the Virta. mobile app on your smartphone. The application is available immediately on registration.

By a membership card or keyring
You can activate the charging by scanning the RFID tag on your membership card or keyring. Order the membership card or keyring online under your account details. The price of the charge card and keyring is EUR 10.

Payment is done with a credit or debit card invoice. Charging without registration is 30 % more expensive than charging is for our registered users. Minimum charging fee is 0,50 €.
